Track & trace-requests private customers
- Are you a private customer and do you have a track & trace question about an international shipment from Deutsche Post? These shipments are handed over to the national postal company in the country of destination. In the Netherlands, this is PostNL. Shipment numbers start with LY/ RS / RR /RC. As soon as your shipment has a first scan at PostNL, you can follow the shipment via https://www.internationalparceltracking.com
In Belgium this is Bpost. You can follow the shipment after first scan at Bpost via https://track.bpost.cloud/btr/web/#/home?lang=en
- Do you have a track & trace question with a delivery address abroad? Visit https://www.deutschepost.de/sendung/simpleQuery.html?locale=en_GB to check the status of your shipment.
- Do you have a shipment number starting with CY/ CS or JGVL? Please contact DHL via https://www.dhl.com/nl-en/home/contact-us.html
- If you cannot find the track & trace status of your shipment online, please contact the sender. We are unable to provide you any further information.
